Civilians rebased to single basing

28, 20, 25, 23 < per box count, top to bottom.

Below are 96 groups or 'sets' of figures at six figures per group - though some of the groups only have 4 or 5 stands besides the 'dead' (every set gets a dead figure) because sometimes there is one sculpt representing two figures, usually children at play or children with their Moms.

Not included are 4 fully painted groups in other boxes, just ran out of steam to pull them out and add them to these boxes. That makes 100 'sets'.

There are also five additional groups of men and women (3 to 2) that are all painted and game ready but multi-based, well, really ten groups because they are twelve figures each and I've settled on six figure groups. Hmm, maybe I need to use some of the extra casualty figures I have, need to double check.

There are some additional figures in the photos that are 'specials' or one-offs. Why so many? Because I downsized from over 1,000 figures to just over 600 civilain figures on foot only. Not a 'why' you are thinking? Why enough for me. The mules, donkeys, horses seen in one box with the various miners are pack animals.
The above image shows the unarmed 'white' civilians, those on the left are women and girls - the girls being the top three rows and the fourth row being young girls, the rest women. Mixed with the women are some additional children when there is a two figure single sculpt.

On the right are all men and down the center are Mormons at the top and The Bank at the bottom, mixed groups of men and women.
In this image on the right are all the saloon district figures - from soiled doves to dance hall girls, from gamblers at cards to entertainers, from bar staff to drunks. On the bottom right is a band - marching style which will be painted in a more festive motif.

On the top left are all my funeral related figures, a more somberly attired band, grave digger and embalmer and other funeral service types, then the more affluent men and women in funeral attire as well as less affluent men and women.

At the bottom left are a lone prospector, the miners (gold and silver), and the copper miners. There is also a surgeon operating and a couple stretcher bearers bringing another patient. And off near the top right is a Wicked Wanda (a converted witch figure) lying naked in bed and holding a knife (converted from the end of her broomstick).
Here on the top left are the Chinese figures, men, women, children, trackworkers, and shaolin temple figures. To their right are both around town or fort native men, women, and children and then black men, women, and children.

To the lower right are the Women's Temperance Union figures (in need of appropriate signage being added).

Bottom left are all armed figure groups with two of them being women including female gunfighters.
This box has the Mexicans: men, women, and children with one mixed group of men and women with the unarmed to the left and top right are the armed Mexicans which includes one group of women and one group with dynamite.

Bottom right are non-Mexican armed men representing the Anachronism Free Militia (or the Denver Free Militia for a Hallelujah Trail game.) At the bottom are the Oracle related figures. And down the center are a few horse holder sets and then El Pollo Grande as mounted, foot, and dead with a couple of attendants. He represents the oppressor of the peons - four of six painted groups included (not painted by me though).

Clearly, most of these figures are not yet painted and some are not yet primed but need drier weather to do that last bit before painting. I just want this entire collection to be in what I call 'stand-by status' meaning anything not game ready is primed and ready to paint when needed/desired.

I intend to use these figures not only for games but more importantly to create visuals for story-telling which may or may not be game related.
